Tugging pain underneath tongue post tonsillectomy (Day 10)

I’m 27F and 10 days post tonsillectomy. Last maybe 3 days I’ve started experiencing a sharp almost yanking pain underneath my tongue that runs to left side of my throat when I try to talk or sometimes it will just randomly occur.

Has anyone else experienced this?? Am freaking myself out on google reading it could be nerve damage?! I’m struggling to speak normally because of it & go back to work in 4 days so panicking a bit.
